Pate a Choux - Cream Puffs, Eclairs and More!

Just as with a great dinner, we end our series with dessert!  Learn how to become a Patisserie in our Pate a Choux - Cream Puff, Eclairs and More course with Pastry Chef Stacey Cohen.  After a demonstration on the techniques for making Pate a Choux, pastry cream and ganache, you'll have a chance to create some of your own.  Chef Cohen will bring prepared pastry shells that are ready to be filled with pastry cream. dipped and decorated.  We will provide boxes for everyone to take home their goodies at the end of the evening.

Cost: $45 (includes a $30 charitable tax deduction)
