Mark Seiden Real Estate Team Gives Back To The Community

The Mark Seiden Real Estate Team gave out complimentary pies to the community for the third year in a row

The Mark Seiden Real Estate Team spent the day on Tuesday, November 20th from 10:30am to 6:00pm giving out 250 complimentary pies to the Northern Westchester Community in the spirit of Thanksgiving at their office located at 1238 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, New York 10510. “It’s a tradition our office loves,” said Mark Seiden, Owner of the Mark Seiden Real Estate Team. “We think of it as a day of quality family time that we get to spend with our past, current and future clients, over sweet treats as everyone gears up for the Thanksgiving holiday, which is known for bringing families together.”

Mark and his wife and Marketing Manager Amy Seiden have a strong belief in giving back to the community where they live, work and love so much. They have built this firm from the ground up, along with their 8 agents and support team, working for the local community producing “give back” events in every way they can think of. The Community Thanksgiving Pie Give-a-way Day also included donated pies to The Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley in Valhalla, New York, as well as a Toys for Tots campaign, sponsored by the US Marines, where attendees were asked to bring new unwrapped toys for children in need. The day also included a sweater and coat drive for the Briarcliff Manor Rotary Club, where Mark has served as a long-time Rotarian and former President for 19 years, and a true believer of the guiding principles to work with integrity and contribute expertise to the problems and needs of society.

Amy Seiden is also a big believer of community, she is a recent graduate of Leadership Westchester, Volunteer New York’s program that helps Westchester County leaders prioritize what issues truly matter to them and their community and how they can make an important impact on others. Amy also volunteers her time cooking every month at The Ronald McDonald House, and helps at Grace’s Kitchen. She has been very involved in the Ossining School District including serving as a board member and past President of Ossining MATTERS Education Foundation. The Mark Seiden Real Estate Team has a total of over 200 combined Community Service hours, serving the community they love with two additional community events in 2018, with each event having some form of give-back, i.e., canned goods drive, coat drive, etc., which is scheduled to increase in 2019 to incorporate more community minded events.

The Mark Seiden Real Estate Team (MSRET) is known for turning goals into reality. A real estate firm founded by Mark Seiden, a true pioneer in his field, in 2003. The MSRET is a firm that does more than “put the seller’s home on a computer” or “unlock the door to show a buyer a home.” The MSRET agents are responsible for successfully coordinating, managing and negotiating with a multitude of professionals; the brokerage is unique because it’s a local company that is small and flexible to meet its client’s needs, combined with the infrastructure and resources of a large brokerage – essentially the best of both worlds.
