Mount Kisco Man Charged with Assault in Mount Pleasant

A Mount Kisco man was arrested in Hawthorne Monday for an alleged assault.
Josue P. Perez, 28, faces a felony assault charge and misdemeanor attempted assault charge in Mount Pleasant Court following an arrest on Monday.
According to police, he "was arrested after a short investigation which resulted from an assault that occurred a day earlier in Hawthorne."

Following his arrest, Perez was arraigned in town court and posted $1,500 bail, pending a future court appearance.
