NYSP: Pleasantville Man Arrested for DWAI
The following arrest information was supplied by the New York State Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
Michael A. Spinelli, 27, of Pleasantville is due in Greenburgh Town Court July 26 to answer a charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs.
State police said he was arrested on July 14 at about 2:53 a.m, after police stopped a car that had made an unsafe lane change on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Greenburgh.
Police said Spinelli provided a blood sample at Phelps Memorial Hospital, and that he was found to be impaired by drugs. He was released without bail.
