Pleasantville Police Blotter: Laundromat's Window Broken; Car Rollover

Here's a look at some of the incidents investigated by the  from June 11 — 17, 2012:

Thursday, June 15

4:21 p.m. — A Katonah man came into police headquarters and reported his Mercedez Benz had been stolen from the Marmaduke Forster House parking lot sometime in the past two hours. At 5 p.m., the man reported the car had been located in front of Mediterraneo. He said his driver forgot the location. Police canceled the Mercedes Benz emergency tracker.

Wednesday, June 14

11:56 p.m. — A cell phone caller reported witnessing two males walking southbound on Marble Avenue, who banged on one Linda's Laundry window, causing it to break. Police canvassed the area for the suspects with negative results.

11:11 p.m. — Police received a 911 call from a cell phone. The caller reported a car had rolled over on Saratoga Avenue. Police responded to the scene and reported two additional vehicles were damaged during the accident. The Pleasantville Volunteer Ambulance Corps and a medic were dispatched to the scene. One person was transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries.

1:24 p.m. — A police sergeant reported speaking with a homeowner whose dog has been reported loose by neighbors on multiple occasions. The owner woman told police the dog had all its immunizations, but was not registered with the village. She said she planned to register the dog in the coming week. She also mentioned she might get rid of the dog in the future. Police also spoke with a Clinton Street resident who had reported the dog loose on June 1. She said there have been no incidents since that date and she would let police know if there were.
