Two Sex Offenders Added to Mount Pleasant Database
Both men are listed as residents of the Grasslands Homeless Shelter.
Two convicted sex offenders were added to the Town of Mount Pleasant database on Friday.
According to Westchester County Police records, Lewis O'Neal, 48, was convicted of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree for contact with someone less than 11-years-old and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree: Contact by Forcible Complusion, both felonies.
The victim was an 8-year-old girl and a person known to O'Neal.

He was convicted on October 7, 1996 and was sentenced to 28 months to seven years in New York State prison.
O'Neal is a Level 2 sex offender.

The second man, Eugene Pauldo, 29, was convicted on February, 19, 2009 in Florida for a "Non New York State Felony Sex Offense," according to state records. He allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old female known to him.
Pauldo is a Level 3 sex offender.
