CrossFit Port Chester Trainer Wins 2 Events In Regional Competition

A fitness trainer from finished in 8th place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the regional .

Kaleena Ladeairous won two events out of six at the games, which are a national competition among CrossFit gyms. Ladeairous is an owner of the Port Chester gym.

A six-member team from CrossFit Port Chester did well, but could not complete one of the events and was knocked out of the competition.

"It was awesome seeing everyone try their hardest," Ladeairous said. "We are a new gym with new CrossFitters so even having a team is an accomplishment in itself."

CrossFit Port Chester has been open almost a year.
