Tamarack Tower Foundation, a non-profit organiztion that raises money for the students of Port Chester, is holding its 2nd annual fundraiser, "A Taste of Port Chester."
Some of the restaurants have agreed to prepare their signature dishes for participants to "taste" during the event. All proceeds go to the Foundation.
The event organizers will be at the Port Chester Marina on Abendroth Avenue, opposite the rear of Per Voi II, 23 N. Main St.

Cost: $25 in advance, $30 day of event; for children 12 and under, $15 in advance and $20 the day of the event.
