Port Chester Concerts In The Park Series Kicks Off

Is your favorite performer in the line-up again this year? Concerts in the park are back again and musicians are as impressive as the venue.

PORT CHESTER, NY — Free outdoor Concerts in the Park are back at Lyon Park. Just bring your own picnic blanket and date night is already planned.

The series starts on July 16, with the Julie Corbalis Band taking the stage at 7:30 p.m. with classic rock and R&B under the stars.

Suburban Chaos will light up the stage on July 23. The group will perform seventies, eighties and nineties rock hits. Goza will play a Latin-inspired setlist on July 30. The Bookends will close the series with an evening of classic rock starting on August 6.

The shows are scheduled to run about 90 minutes each — leaving plenty of time for dinner and drinks before or after the Friday night performances.

The Concerts in the Park are presented by Port Chester Recreation. All shows start at 7:30 p.m. at the stage at Lyon Park (Parkway Drive). Concertgoers should bring their own chairs or blankets.
