On Saturday September 18, 2021, the Village of Port Chester hosted an informational session for the public which brought together representatives from a number of organizations, including but not limited to, FEMA, the Red Cross, and Westchester County DSS.  The purpose of this meeting was to provide a platform where those hit hardest by Hurricane Ida had the opportunity to discuss their experiences and needs as they begin to rebuild and find new sources of aid for their businesses and their families.

Hosted by Mayor Marino, the workshop brought together trustees from the Port Chester Village Board as well as County, State, and Federal representatives.  To help spread information more effectively, the session was broadcasted live and recorded for continued broadcast on PCTV (https://play.champds.com/portchesterny/event/187) and on cable (Channel 75).

Please take advantage of the information and guidance that was shared during this meeting if you or someone you know may be entitled to some assistance from various government programs that have been implemented to help meet the response of people in need.
