Farm Stand at Hilltop Hanover Farm. The farm stand will be open every Friday 1 PM 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM 4 PM throughout the summer and fall. All produce is grown on the farm without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or synthesized fertilizers

The Wizard Of Oz at Westchester Broadway Theatre. The Musical is an enchanting adaptation of the all-time classic.

JAY LENO at Eisenhower Hall Theatre. JAY LENO is an acclaimed TV late night show host, admired stand-up comedian, best-selling children’s book author, lovable TV and movie voice-over artist, pioneering car builder and mechanic, and a philanthropist..

STORYWALK at Greenburgh Nature Center. The self-guided Story Walk is free at all times and able to be viewed whenever the grounds are open.

Yoga in the OrangerieFall Series at Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum. Deepen your practice in a steady, mindful approach at the intermediate level or learn the basics in the beginner class. Taught by certified Anusara yoga teacher Ann Casapini in a serene, sunlit space.

Fieldhome’s Fall Festival at The Early Learning Center at Fieldhome. This is our 10th annual festival and to celebrate we’ve added even more entertainment, including more live bands and children’s games and a balloon sculptor and magic show!

Oktoberfest 2014 at Bear Mountain State Park. Enjoy fall in the most perfect way - Oktoberfest 2014 at Bear Mountain State Park!

SAT VS. ACT at Mamaroneck Library. Dr. Johane Boursiquot will be discussing the upcoming changes to the new SAT & how to help increase your score. Open to both parents & students.

Peekskill Rotary 44th Annual Horse Show. The 44th Horse Show and Country Fair is a fun filled event with something for everyone. Watch beginner and experienced riders compete for ribbons and a grand championship, stroll the park or take in the views with a hay ride.

Sixth Annual Hudson Valley Irish Fest. Celebrate the positive values of the rich Irish American culture and heritage alive in the Hudson Valley today. Previous events were a tremendous success and enjoyed by over 6000 people.

Cub Scout Day at John Jay Homestead Historic Site. Explore the historic buildings and grounds of John Jay Homestead to learn about history, industry, and agriculture. Scouts can milk our mechanical cow, learn about our heritage breed chickens, and plant a crop to take home.

Cheese Making at Hilltop Hanover Farm. Join cheese-guru Carol Lake, of SimpleCheeseMaking.com, for a hands-on workshop on the art of cheese-making. From equipment to technique, and from ingredients to storage, everything you need to know to start making your own cheese from scratch.

Birds and Butterflies at Teatown Lake Reservation. Meet at Teatown and join Charlie Roberto on a hike up Teatown Hill to look for migrating birds and butterflies. Registration is required. (914) 762-2912 ext. 110.

Afternoon Family Sail Aboard the Schooner SoundWaters in Stamford Enjoy the excitement and wonder of the Long Island Sound aboard our 80 Schooner. Work together to raise the sails, examine the rich diversity of life beneath the waves, sample and test water quality, learn about hypoxia, and analyze groundwater.

15th Annual Hudson River Valley Ramble. The Hudson River Valley Ramble is an event series that celebrates the history, culture and natural resources of the Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area, as well as the amazing landscape, communities, and trails throughout the region

Bicycle Sundays at Westchester County Center. During Bicycle Sundays, a portion of the Bronx River Parkway is closed to cars for the exclusive use of bicyclists, joggers, walkers, scooters and strollers.

Harvest Dinner at Muscoot Farm. Enjoy the bounty of local farms at our first farm-to-table dinner. Clock Tower Grill Chef Richard Parente and several other chefs will prepare a feast from Muscoot Farmers Market vendors. Funds raised support Muscoot programs.
