YOGA FOR TEENS AND ADULTS

Are you looking for a workout program that’s easy to learn, soothes your soul, tones your body and requires little or no equipment? Yoga has tons of benefits--it can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. Many people who practice yoga say that it reduces anxiety and stress, improves mental clarity, and even helps them sleep better.
Yoga for Teens and Adults will start on Monday, October 20th from 6:00-7:00pm. For more information or to sign up call (914)939-6710 x108 or stop in the library. Pre-registration is required for this program. This program is being done in collaboration with Greenwich Hospital.
