homeless vagrants out of controll

As a homeowner in port jeff sta for 10 years I am embarrassed to say I live in pjs. Aka the hood . The vagrant homeless are high and boxed and aggressively begging for money .this has become worse than Roosevelt ave in corona Queens. Today my five year points Out to my wife a group of 3 men urinating in the street as the drive by the bowling alley. These vagrants block traffic and follow u to our car in Jefferson plaza by the post office. This needs to be addressed to scpd.most of these vagrants are drug attics and bipolar.they have warrants with scpd.
