Man Steals Lost Wallet In Coram, Uses Credit Cards: SCPD

A man dropped his wallet at a pizzeria. It was found, but by someone who used the credit cards to make purchases around town, police say.

CORAM, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police say used stolen credit cards at multiple locations in Coram.

A man lost his wallet at Matt’s Pizza, at 25 Gibbs Road in Coram, on Jan. 23. Credit cards that were in the wallet were used at multiple locations in Coram later that day, police said.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, texting "SCPD" and your message to "CRIMES" (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
