Port Jeff 3rd Grader Receives BNL Accolades

From Port Jeff Schools: Student Nina Gnatenko, who participated in Edna Louise Spear Elementary School’s annual science fair, went on to participate in the Brookhaven National Laboratory Science Fair. A student in Rachel Erickson’s third grade class in the Port Jefferson School District, she was recognized with an honorable mention for her project, “Shiny Penny.”
