Port Jeff Music Students Attend Concert at Lincoln Center
More than 50 students attended a performance of the New York Philharmonic at David Geffen Hall in Lincoln Center.
From Port Jefferson Schools: As an extension of their classroom lessons, more than 50 students from the Port Jefferson School District attended an evening performance of the New York Philharmonic at David Geffen Hall in Lincoln Center.
Accompanied by family members, Michael Caravello, Port Jefferson School District director of music and fine arts, and music teacher Christian Neubert, the elementary, middle and high school string students enjoyed the orchestra's performance featuring world-renowned violinist Baiba Skride.
