Dreyer, Edible and Medicinal Plants expert as she discusses the basics of gathering herbs and flowers to dry,
store, and the basics of tea making. Participants will get the opportunity to taste some of the plants and tea
blends highlighted. A selection of scones will also be served. Please bring with you a teacup and saucer.
