Two Men With Guns Rob Port Jefferson Station Store

The robbery occurred early Wednesday, police say.

Two men wearing masks and carrying handguns robbed the Speedy Mart in Port Jefferson Station early Wednesday, police said.

According to police, the men entered the food store, located at 1034 Route 112, a little after midnight, approached the clerk at the counter and demanded cash.

The clerk complied and the two men fled on foot with an unknown amount of cash in an unknown direction, police said.

The robbers are described as white with one wearing a red hoodie and the other wearing a gray hoodie with blue shorts with a white stripe on the sides.

After the robbery, the clerk, who was not injured, called his boss, who then called 911 at 12:15 a.m., police said.
