2 Schreiber Students Selected as National Merit $2.5K Scholarship Winners
These scholarship winners were chosen out of more than 15,000 finalists based on their academic accomplishments.

Paul D. Schreiber High School students Samuel Goldman and Crystal Ren have been named National Merit $2,500 Scholarship winners.
The National Merit Scholarship Corporation made the announcement on Wednesday.
Goldman and Ren were selected out of more than 15,000 finalists in the 2015 National Merit Scholarship Program based on their academic accomplishments.

Goldman’s probable career field is engineering while Ren expects to go into the field of cybersecurity.
Goldman, Ren and about 7,600 finalists will be given the title of “Merit Scholar.” NMSC plans to award nearly $34 million in college scholarships by the end of the 2015 program.

All scholars may use their $2,500 award at any regionally accredited U.S. college or university.
