Driver Rescued From Overturned Vehicle In Port Washington
BREAKING: The driver suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Responders were able to rescue a driver after he became trapped in an overturned vehicle in Port Washington on Friday morning, according to Port Washington Fire Department Chief Bryan Vogeley.
Authorities say the vehicle overturned in front of the U.S. Post Office on Port Washington Boulevard, trapping the man inside the car, at 11:08 a.m.
Port Washington Fire Department Chief Thomas Golden and an ambulance responded to the scene within one minute after the incident was reported.

EMS and fire personnel were able extricate the driver. He was transported to a local hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
