Here's How to Get You Exercising Every Week and Loving It

It can be dreadful to exercise, but your health depends on it. With the help of these tips you'll be happily exercising each week!

Unless you’ve found the right exercise routine for you, working out can be just another task to add to your list to complete each week. But it shouldn’t be that way. When you exercise your body releases endorphins, which are linked to the feeling of happiness. Therefore, fitting in your suggested 150 minutes of exercise each week should be looked forward to and not dreadful. Sometimes it’s that you don’t know which activity is right for you and other times it’s struggling to even find time in your busy schedule to get to the gym.

I totally get it and I’ve been there before! When you get home from work the last thing you want to do is head back out to the gym. You’d rather make dinner and relax with your family or friends. But in order to remain healthy for years to come it’s important you’re squeezing in those extra minutes of aerobic exercise each and every week! Getting to the gym is tough but that’s why I’ve rounded up some of the hacks that got me moving each week and can do the same for you!
