Port Boys Lacrosse Advances to Playoffs After Best Regular Season in a Decade
The team will compete in the first round of the playoffs this Wednesday at Hofstra.

Port Washington Boys Lacrosse has advanced into the championship season after completing their best regular season in more than a decade.
The Vikings’ regular season ended with a 12-3 record, putting them in third place in the Nassau County Class A Conference.
The team will compete against Oceanside this Wednesday, May 13 in the first round of the playoffs.

The game kicks off at 5:30 p.m. at Hofstra’s Shuart Stadium.
The Port Washington tent will be set up for a potluck tailgate. People are encouraged to bring food and drinks to share. Those attending will meet in the parking lot to the left off Gerald Street (stadium entrance) between 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
