Port Washington Restaurant Reopens 2 Years After Fire
Restaurant Yamaguchi was awarded $1,000 from the Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District.

A Port Washington restaurant that was destroyed by a fire two years ago is back in business and was recently awarded $1,000 by the Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District.
Restaurant Yamaguchi, located at 49 Main St., will use the BID’s Tenant Bonus program to offset some of their interior design budget.
“We have spent a tremendous amount of time and effort to create a new and better restaurant to cater to the Port Washington Community,” said the restaurant’s owner and chef Akira Yamaguchi.
