Michelle Schimel Wins Another Term in The State Assembly

The Democrat was elected Tuesday night.

Michelle Schimel has been re-elected to serve in the New York State Assembly.

With all of the districts reporting, Schimel defeated her Republican challenger, Douglas Lee, 17,399 to 11,504, according to unofficial results from the Nassau Board of Elections.
