Rocking the Holidays with the Radio City Rockettes

Two of the famous Rockettes from the “Radio City Christmas Spectacular” kicked off the holiday season with a special tour of Patch towns across Long Island – including a stop at the Dolphin Bookshop & Cafe in Port Washington last month.

The Rockettes, Eleni Gavalos, a Manhasset native, and Jennifer Clavin, a Holtsville native, spent part of their day meeting their biggest fans.

Even Police Commissioner Dave Franklin stopped by to pose with the Rockettes for a few pictures.

The dancers stopped by Variations, a dancer’s studio in Huntington, Northport Village Hall in Northport and the Dolphin Bookshop & Cafe in Port Washington.

Their visits were videotaped and, as you’ll see in the video above, they had a blast— have a look and see if you recognize any of your friends.

Performances of the 2015 Radio City Christmas Spectacular began last week and run through Jan. 3, at Radio City Music Hall. Get your tickets here.
