The attack unfolded on Utica Avenue after a boy pushed down a 15-year-old girl, authorities said. A large group of youths piled onto the girl, as seen in a video that prompted continued outrage.

One boy can be seen jumping into the air and stomping on the girl with both feet. Another boy walked away with the girl's shoes in hand.
