- See demonstrations of each exercise
- Learn proper Pilates body alignment
- Learn how to modify exercises for your ability
- Practice exercises and get hands-on corrections

Angelica started practicing Pilates in 2006 as a way keep active. Unexpectedly, Pilates quickly reversed her chronic lower back and knee pain that she had struggled with for years. She got her certification to help others stay fit, build strong and lasting core strength, and correct any chronic aches and pains that may be plaguing them.
