Birthing From Within is a childbirth preparation approach based on the philosophy that self-discovery may be more useful in preparing for labor than assimilating obstetrical information.These classes offer an opportunity to go deep within and discover what YOU need to know to have a fulfilling and empowering birth experience.

The facilitator, Barbara Holmes, is Birthing From Within Childbirth Educator, Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Birth Doula that has 21 years of experience with working with pregnant women and their families.
