Barclay's Arena Safety Meeting at 78th Precinct on August 22, 2012

While digging through yesterday's emails (yes, sometimes it gets like that), I came across an email addressed to the members of the Vanderbilt Avenue Merchants District.

Councilmember Letitia James and Captain Michael Ameri of the 78th Precinct are co-hosting a meeting tonight at the precinct to:

1. Answer questions about the issues of safety and quality of life in the adjoining residential communities once the arena opens, and,
2. The 78th Precinct's expanded role in policing the area.

While addressed the Vanderbilt Avenue merchant community, these are issues which concern our entire community. So, if you're able, come to the 4th floof Court Room of the 78th Precinct, 65 6th Avenue at Bergen Street.
