Emmanuel Baptist Church Jazz Vespers Featuring The Elan Trotman Group

There’s nothing like the sound of a steel pan to transport you to a place in your mind where you can envision sandy beaches, beautiful clear waters, and sumptuous blue skies. Be prepared to experience this feeling, while grooving to melodic, Caribbean-inspired Jazz at the next Emmanuel Baptist Church Jazz Vespers honoring Caribbean-American Heritage Month, taking place on Sunday, June 29th from 3p-5p, featuring The Elan Trotman Group.

Jazz Saxophonist Elan Trotman is an award-winning recording artist from the island of Barbados. The Elan Trotman Group is a band project that Trotman put together in 2014 in support of their "#LiveandUncut" album. The group comprises of 5 fellow Berklee College of Music alumni, and showcases Trotman's compositions in a unique Caribbean Jazz setting, featuring sax and steel drums, along with a 4-piece rhythm section.
