This is a free sewing class for sewing newbies and novices. Students will learn basic information about sewing machines, sewing, patterns, and fabric. You are encouraged to bring scissors for cutting fabric and paper, some newspaper for making a pattern, a ruler, fabric, thread, pins, and a pencil or pen. Don't worry if you don't have everything; we will share. There will be access to a few sewing machines in the classroom as well.
The class is informal - and you can drop-in at any time.
