Kate Mills has been performing since she was 9 and released her first EP back in October 2013. She has a soulful, pop/folk sound and draws you in with her heartfelt and genuine lyrics. Her EP showcases the versatility of her smooth, buttery vocals and the well-crafted songs ranging from the soulful and sultry “Little Bird,” to the fun, romantic single, “Cherry Tree” which makes the listener feel like they are on a stroll through Central Park on a Saturday afternoon. This social worker-turned-songwriter has performed at many legendary NYC venues such as Pianos, The Bitter End, and Rockwood Music Hall.

“Kate is a refreshing reminder of the power that is created when well-crafted music is coupled with the ability to captivate a live audience. Big things for Kate.” - Jordan Belkin, HMR Live

Mary-Elaine Jenkins is a New York-based blueswoman. A South Carolina native and lifelong musician, she began performing live when she moved to Washington, DC for college. She came to New York by way of Madrid, where she spent two years teaching English, roaming around, and playing a whole lot of music. Her sound is a delicious and ever-evolving mix of blues, Americana roots, soul, and rock ‘n roll, specializing in the sultry/spooky. This ain’t your mama’s singer/songwriter music.
