Non-delivery of my mail
Had me frazzled, grumbling, nervous
To the point I had no choice
But to gripe to the Postal Service.

Rep from its Consumer Affairs,
Boasting of the group's advances,
Sent assurances of help--
By E-mail! Rep is taking no chances.
