New Year's Eve Chakra Restorative with Essential Oils

Join Jenna Zabala and Elisabeth Rainer for this New Year’s Eve chakra-based restorative practice with doTERRA essential oils. Jenna and Elisabeth will describe the seven main chakras (energy centers) then lead a relaxing, healing restorative practice. The practice will focus on each of the chakras, using an essential oil blend for each as we do a restorative pose that corresponds to the physical location of the chakra. We’ll end with a delicious yoga nidra (“yogic sleep,” a guided visualization). The still nature of this practice will increase your awareness and provide an opportunity for opening, balancing, and healing. No yoga experience is required; most poses are done lying down. Appropriate for all.

Afterwards we will enjoy a glass of sparkling cider and peppermint brownies. We will end the evening by walking over to the Arch at Grand Army Army and ring in the New Year with a fantastic display of fireworks.
