Fun is fun--but what's funny?
Everybody knows sunny,
Cloudy and rainy and windy as well,
But funny somehow's harder to tell.
Yes, it has to make you laugh,
Even if springing from someone's gaffe
Plus you might go and guffaw
(Not so nice but within the law).
What then constitutes what's funny,
How do you know when you're on the money?
Funny's divided into two tracks
--Disagree? OK but no cracks--
Humor's one, and then there's wit.
With humor, I'm it! With wit, you're it!
It's a bow and arrow--Keep this under your hat--
It all depends on which end you're at.
