
Gunfire ripped through a music festival held near the Brooklyn Museum at Mount Prospect Park last night — hitting two teenage boys in the vicinity, police say.
The shooting was reported at about 9:15 p.m. on Sunday evening.
An NYPD spokesperson says that by the time cops showed up, one of the two victims was sitting in a parked green taxi with a gunshot wound to the torso.

The other was found nearby with multiple gunshot wounds in his torso, legs and hand.
The boys’ family members identified them to a New York Times reporter at the scene as Brooklyn residents Jordan Lewis, 14, and Aakif Murray, 16.

Family members said they’d all been picnicking in the park, enjoying a local West Indian music festival, when what appeared to be ”stray bullets” hit the boys.
Police say both boys are now in stable condition at New York Methodist Hospital in Park Slope.
The Mount Prospect Park shooter has not been identified.
