This session will help people that are midlifers to seniors that are stuck. This motivational segment will encourage the audience to realize that they can start their careers and their ambitions at any age and how to tap into their innerself to start the process. I will share how I stepped out of my own barriers from working in technology for 25 years and positioning myself to quit my job and enter into a whole new career and population of nutrition -- financially, spiritually, and emotionally. I will share tips of getting to your dreams and staying there. Even though it is geared for a certain age group, these life long lessons will help anyone at any age.
