artistry behind making fermented foods such as kraut and kimchee at home, which
are medicinal, delicious, and healing.
We will explore the medicinal aspects and science to the
methods of fermentation, as well as give a start to finish demonstration of how
to make your own at home. Bring your
questions, and also your appetite for ferments as we will have a few delicious
ready-made samples.
After the class, stay for a Tea Ceremony led by Katya Laurentia
