Woman In Serious Condition After Crown Heights Hit And Run: Cops

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Cops are searching for the driver who left a 60-year-old woman in serious condition after a Crown Heights hit-and-run last month.

The woman was walking across the crosswalk on Sterling Place near Ralph Avenue around 1:20 p.m. on Dec. 29 when a gray Nissan Altima rammed into her as it drove through the intersection, police said.

The woman was left with multiple broken bones and the driver sped away on Ralph Avenue, according to police. She was brought to Kings County Hospital in serious but stable condition.
