Missing Homeless Woman Found Safe
Her family first reported her missing when they hadn't heard from her in several days, police say.
SOUTH JAMESPORT, NY — A missing homeless woman with ties to Riverhead, Patchogue and Port Jefferson Station has been located unharmed, police said.
According to Riverhead Town Police, Shannon M. Sypher, 36, has been found; she was initially reported missing when her family, reported that they had not seen or heard from her in several days, something that was out of character.
