Police: Riverhead Store Clerk Sold Alcohol to Minor

A clerk at a Riverhead store was arrested for selling alcohol to a minor during an underage drinker enforcement operation in the Town of Riverhead on Tuesday, according to State Police.

During the operation, one retail establishment was cited for selling alcoholic beverages to an undercover State Police operative, police said.

Corey J. Swike, 24, of Sayville, a clerk at EHP Liquors on 1774 Old Country Road in Riverhead was arrested and charged with second degree unlawful dealing with a child and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, police said.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to 1st District Court at a later date.

3) Peconic Wine and Liquor 184 Old Country Road in Riverhead.

5) Hess Express 970 Old Country Road in Riverhead.

6) Roanoke Plaza Liquors 1096 Old Country Road in Riverhead.

7) 7-Eleven 1733 Old Country Road in Riverhead.

8) Bolla Market 3705 Middle Country Road in Riverhead.

9) Lucky Liquor and Wine 134 West Main Street in Riverhead.
