Riverhead Kindergartners to Travel to Stony Brook Hospital For a 'Teddy Bear Clinic'
The event will take place on Tuesday starting at 9:30 a.m.

The Roanoke Avenue Elementary School Kindergarten classes will be traveling to Stony Brook Hospital to host a ‘Teddy Bear Clinic’ on Tuesday, March 24.
During the clinic the students will learn about hygiene, bike, helmet and seat belt safety starting at 9:30 a.m.
Each child will be bringing in a teddy bear.

They will also have the opportunity to play doctor and diagnose their teddy bear with an illness or injury and come up with a treatment.
