Trespasser Found Sleeping On Person's Living Room Floor: PD

FLANDERS, NY — A man was arrested and charged with trespassing after he was found asleep on someone's living room floor in Flanders, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, the incident took place Sunday at 2:27 a.m.; Braulio M. Perez, 36, unlawfully entered a residence through an unlocked window and was found by a person sleeping on the floor, police said.

Perez was arrested and taken to Southampton Town Police headquarters, where he was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, processed, and held for morning arraignment, police said.
