It's not too late to register for the winter youth basketball leagues in Dobbs Ferry. Girls and boys in grades 3rd-6th are welcome. Check out the Dobbs Ferry Recreation Department's Facebook page for details.

Katie Flood of the Oswego Lakers (Hastings '10) swim team got off to a great start on Oct. 26 in a home meet with Rochester Institute of Technology, reports Dick Miller. Flood helped her team earn a 129-108 victory over the Tigers by winning the 200 Individual Medley in 2:22.00, finished second in the 100 Freestyle. On LoHud's Varsity Insider blog, Josh Thomson gives a shout-out to three Dobbs Ferry players he considers among the best of the post-season.
