Business Q&A: Chadwick's At The Station

As evidenced by a , Chadwick’s at the Station on Front Street is a great Rockville Centre holiday stop. With Mother’s Day just a few days away, owner Robert Demattia and his staff are ready to make this year a memorable one. The restaurant serves contemporary American cuisine and is located across the street from the train station. Here, Demattia describes what will be offered this weekend and what makes the menu so popular.     

What specials will you be offering on Mother’s Day

Chadwick’s will offer a gourmet buffet brunch from 10:30 a.m. (until) 1:30 p.m. An a la carte menu will begin at 3 p.m.

Do customers need a Mother’s Day reservation? 

Like most popular dining out holidays, reservations are required. We sell out relatively quickly. 

What are some of your most popular items on your regular menu?

We have several very in demand menu items. Our prosciutto fontina stuffed pork chop with brandy cream is a winner, as well as our lobster mac and cheese with truffle cream. We also feature 21-day aged steaks and a Saturday prime rib night that is very popular. 

What is your busiest time of day?

(Generally), we are busy from 12 -2 p.m. and 6-10 p.m. during the week. (These times last) slightly later on the weekends.

Our website features great photos of the restaurant and an informative current events calendar.  We also have all our menus on-line for those who like to see menus before they dine.
