What do you offer for senior citizens?
There’s a full senior wellness program here run by Bud Cosgrove. He’s been doing it for many years. There are about 15 classes a week taught by a senior wellness instructor. (They include) balancing classes, fall prevention classes and yoga classes. It’s a lower-impact aerobics schedule.

What are your birthday parties like?
We run the birthday parties on our 5,000 square-foot turf field. It’s an hour of playing any games they want, usually two or three. It’s completely run by our staff. (Customers get) half an hour in our birthday party room where pizza and cake will be served. We provide the pizza and the drinks, basically everything but the cake and the party goods.
Have you seen a major increase in business since the first of the year?
Yes, drastically. January and February were two of our busiest months in the last few years.
What is the atmosphere within the gym?
It’s more of a family-style gym. We have an age range from 12 to 90 years old. It’s family and sports oriented because we have basketball and racquetball courts here.
