Accident on Tappan Zee Bridge Shuts Down Traffic From Tarrytown Side to Rockland County

My son Eric drove over the Tappan Zee Bridge from Rockland County and passed a bad multiple-car accident. One car, he said, was upside down.

He said that traffic to Rockland County is completely shut down but that traffic coming from Rockland to Tarrytown is moving.
