School of the Holy Child Students Admitted to Top Colleges and Universities

Seniors at School of the Holy Child have been accepted at a wide range of colleges and universities, many of which are the students’ first-choice school—including acceptances at Boston College, Brown, Bucknell, Cornell, Elon, Fairfield, Fordham, Georgetown, Harvard, Harvey Mudd, Johns Hopkins, Lehigh, Loyola Maryland, McGill, Miami University – Ohio, MIT, Northeastern, Notre Dame, Providence, St Andrews – Scotland, Tulane, University of Michigan, University of Texas – Austin, Villanova, among others.

“Our college list reflects a wide range of institutions from small liberal arts colleges to large universities, from technical institutes to international programs,” says Joanna “JB” Broda, director of college counseling at Holy Child.

According to Broda, as more high school students vie for limited spots at top colleges, the competition for admission is stiffer than ever before. She says Holy Child students are confident applying to the country’s leading colleges and universities for which they are well prepared.

“The College Counseling Office offers support and resources to each student as she begins to discover the kind of college experience in which she will thrive. It is our hope that each student will ultimately choose a college that will continue to nurture her interests and help her grow as an individual, as well as a responsible global citizen.”
