Lanterna Tuscan Bistro Offers Three Prix-Fixe Menus for New Year's Eve Beginning at $45 Per Person

On New Year's Eve, December 31, 2013, Chef/Owner Rossano Giannini at Lanterna Tuscan Bistro in Nyack will offer a choice of three different prix-fixe menus. 

Dinner is priced at $45 (for three courses at first seating), at $60 (for four courses at second seating) and at $75 (for five courses at third seating). The costs are per person and do not include tax and tip.

The choices for the five-course dinner entrée include Filetto di Manzo Alla Gorgonzola (grilled filet mignon topped with Gorgonzola with a Barolo reduction). 

About the dinners:

• The three-course dinner—has five antipasti and seven entrée selections 
• The four-course dinner selection—has both a pasta course (such as lobster ravioli) and an entrée choice (five are available including whole rack of lamb which is also offered on the five-course menu).
• The five-course dinner—includes a champagne toast, party favors and noise makers

1. First seating, 5:30 p.m. Three-course, $45-per-person meal.Courses: antipasti, entrée and dessert. Entree selections: lasagna, organic King salmon, lobster ravioli, boneless organic roasted chicken, penne pasta with meat ragu, pasta stuffed with porcini mushroom, grilled Berkshire pork chop
2. Second seating, 7:30 p.m. Four-course, $60-per-person dinner. Courses: antipasti, pasta, entrée and dessert. Entrée selections: boneless organic roasted chicken, organic King salmon, Chilean sea bass, whole rack of lamb, beef thinly sliced
3. Third seating, 10 p.m. Five-course $75-per-person feast.Courses: soup or salad, antipasti, pasta, entrée, and dessert plus a champagne toast. Entrée selections: boneless organic roasted chicken, organic King salmon, Chilean sea bass, whole rack of lamb, grilled filet mignon
