  • The 2010-2011 budget adopted by the school board is $39,587,509.
  • This represents a 0.70 percent budget-to-budget increase from last year or $276,815 increase in spending.
  • This represents a 0.70 percent increase in the tax levy and a proposed 9.63 percent increase in the homestead tax rate.
  • The budget includes a reduction of 11.6 full-time equivalent positions.

Voting:

Voting for both the school board trustees and the annual budget will be held on Tues. May 17, from 7 am – 9 pm at this location:

  • the Old Gym at the Ridge Street School, 390 North Ridge Street.
